Norwood Inn & Suites La Crosse

The staff was awesome! I was there for my sister in law funeral. And we had the same person when I was last year staying at the hotel for a funeral for my best friend's daughter funeral. She was killed. I was a mess last year and he so kind to me I just really couldn't stop crying. I like him a lot! I wish I could remember his name.

I have stayed here many times. The staff are an excellent team and all of them are very polite and courteous and will help you in any way they can. I’ve personally witnessed a member of thier staff dealing with a a very difficult situation where a non client was trying to get a key to get into a clients of the hotels room. The staff remained calm and assertive while being verbally abused and handled the situation very professionally and going above and beyond his responsibilities as a staff member. I prefer staying at Norwood Inn versus the other options in the lacrosse area just because of how the staff treat their residents like family. Keep up the great work folks at Norwood!!

The night shift staff was very friendly and gave us great customer service! He was the same gentleman there from last time I stayed at this hotel.

Very quite and Peaceful. I will be staying again. The manager and the lady (8-4) was so polite and made us feel welcome.
